At DraftKings Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If you are not completely happy with your fashion purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping container or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
